At Posh Plants, every plant is carefully selected, nurtured and packed with the greatest care before it leaves our nursery. As living plants, each specimen is naturally unique, with its own character, shape and colour—qualities we celebrate as part of nature's beauty.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Choosing Your Plant
Many of our plants are rare, collectible or naturally variable in appearance.
If you would like additional photographs, have questions about a particular variety, or would like advice before purchasing, we encourage you to get in touch. We're always happy to help you choose with confidence.
Change of Mind
As our products are living plants, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or if you simply decide you no longer require the plant.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the plant, packaging and shipping label
We'll assess the situation promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Variation
Every plant is a living work of art.
Variations in size, colour, leaf shape, texture, markings and natural imperfections are normal characteristics of healthy plants and are not considered faults. Product photographs are representative of the variety and may not depict the exact specimen you receive unless specifically stated.
Shipping
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Once an order has been collected by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist.
