Tillandsia aeranthos Air Plant

A stunning air plant that's as easy to love as it is to grow. Tillandsia aeranthos features rigid, architectural stems that branch beautifully over time, eventually crowned with rose-pink flower spikes and deep purple blooms.

Thrives in bright, indirect light,indoors by a sunny window or outdoors under trees, verandahs, or shadehouses. More light means richer purple foliage. Needs good air circulation to stay healthy and dry between waterings. Frost-hardy but protect from freezing temperatures.

Mount or suspend on cork bark, timber, or other non-water-retaining surfaces using fishing line, coated wire, or silicone adhesive. Skip the moss, it traps moisture and causes rot. 

Mist or dunk weekly in warm conditions, every 2–3 days in hot spots. Soak for 10–20 minutes, shake off excess, and let dry completely. Never leave water pooling at the base. These plants love to dry out between drinks.
