Every Plant Tells a Story
Nature does not create perfection, it creates character. We celebrate these natural details, because they make every plant beautifully one of a kind.
Tillandsia carminea "Tinaflora' is a compact, branching air plant native to the vertical cliffs of Brazil's Organ Mountains. Its distinctive grey-blue, stiff leaves grow in a dense rosette and curve inward, reaching 4–5cm long. During flowering, it produces striking dark carmine-red bracts with 9–11 small dark blue flowers hidden among the foliage. This hardy Tillandsia thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers good air circulation.
Water by misting 2–3 times weekly, allowing it to dry between waterings. Perfect for mounting on cork, driftwood, or displaying in a shallow dish.
An excellent choice for collectors seeking a unique, low-maintenance air plant with dramatic blooms.
