Tillandsia Showtime Air Plant

Meet the Tillandsia Showtime, a stunning hybrid that's pure drama in plant form. This cross of T. bulbosa and T. streptophylla grows impressively large (25–30cm) with a bold bulbous base and silvery-frosted foliage that catches the light beautifully. Watch it reward you with a branched inflorescence that blushes orange-pink, crowned with violet tubular flowers. 

This is an outdoor lover. Position it under a tree, on a verandah, deck, or in a shadehouse where it gets bright light and excellent airflow. It's tough enough to handle cool temps (just protect from frost) and thrives mounted or suspended on cork bark or timber.

Mmist or dunk every 2–3 days in hot spots, or once weekly in humid shade. Submerge for 10–20 minutes, shake off excess, and let it dry completely between waterings. Never let water pool at the base air plants hate soggy feet. Skip the moss and substrate; this beauty prefers to breathe.
